Ok here are my attempts...
Framing:
I admit it's kind of cheezy. The runner up was the following, where two guys' heads were acting as a frame:
Depth of Field:
For some reason the simiplicity of this shot appealed to me.
Runner up:
Action Shot:
Hard one. This one is not really an action shot (walking doesn't count...), and it's only accidental that the delegate is in focus.
The only adjustments were cropping and a straightening.

I especially like the DOF one. the comp is perfect. I'm liking your second framing shot a bit better because it seems less literal in terms of framing. The first one I think is a little too framed.

any ideas for June assignments?
Thanks for the feedback. Agree with you on the first framing shot.
As for June, I'm thinking one of the assignments could be a night shot (which we never ended up doing) with long shutter speeds (say 10 seconds or more). We'd need tripods or other forms of stablization so it'll be more difficult. Maybe "water" as another subject?
