November Assignment: Fall

I figured I'd post here for a change. Recently I took a 10 day vacation in Italy and France. Here are a few shots from that trip:

I wasn't really satisfied with any of the options for the assignment but my topic pick would be:

I think I did a little contrast adjustment to this. It was an overcast day in Venice and so the colors are not great and I'm not great at post processing... Also I probably should've included a bit of the water below the stairs in the shot.

hey doodz... ive been messing around with the makeshift portrait studio in the garage, i got some black background paper finally, so i not longer have to photoshop out my garage. here are some tests i've been doing over the last couple weeks: (sorry they are all pics of me, u prolly sick of it by now, but i'm the only person i can find in the middle of the night)

hey, i got a couple super cheap flashes in the mail with $10 optical triggers... heres a pic using those 2 bouncing into umbrellas behind me, with the ring light in front

hey, so i received my new ring flash and wanted to post the results. obviously i still have a lot to learn but i wanted to start posting these. I had a cheap 10 dollar flash behind my head that was optically trigger at the same time the ring flash went off. These are unedited in photoshop...just scaled. (btw i sprayed water on my face for a couple of those, hoping it would show more obviously..instead i just end up look slightly sweaty, but ya thats on purpose.)
